Q: How long does it take for me to receive the item?
A: We will ship to you the next business day and ship within 3 to 5 days. Please note that delivery times may vary by region. If you have not received your item within 07 days of placing your order, please contact us again.

Q: I received a different product than the one I ordered.
A: We apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact us via Hotline 0703 336633, we will exchange goods as soon as possible.

Q: I did not receive my order.

Q: Do you do express shipping?
A: We have a 4-hour express delivery service in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, please contact Hotline 0703 336633 when you need to use the service.

ABOUT PAYMENT
Q: What payment methods do you have?
A: Customers can pay via ATM card, credit card, Momo e-wallet, Ngan Luong, Vnpay.. and cash on delivery (COD).

Q: Is there a shipping fee?
A: We offer free shipping for normal shipping orders within Vietnam.

Q: Can I change the payment method for my orders?
A: Please contact us via Hotline 0703 336633 when you want to change the payment method for confirmed orders.

Q: Can I issue a VAT invoice?
A: We issue VAT invoices.

Q: Can I pay for it myself, then send it to my parents at home or as a gift to a friend?
A: Please let us know when you place your order. When ordering from the homepage, please note “Request for gift delivery” to us.

A: The shipping unit is automatically selected depending on the destination area. Please note that it is not possible to specify any delivery company.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We only deliver within the territory of Vietnam. 
For overseas orders, please contact us for assistance.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A: We offer free shipping for normal shipping orders within Vietnam. 
● For express delivery services: Support maximum shipping fee of 50,000 VND.

Q: Can I buy products at the pharmacy?
