What is Fucoidan?
A: Fucoidan is a natural polymer (many similar small molecules combined in a definite and repetitive manner) made up of fuose sugar molecules with a sulfate group attached. Fucoidan is found in a number of seaweeds, in which Mozuku seaweed grows in the waters of Okinawa, Japan with the highest content of Fucoidan, containing the most amount of Fucose sugar.
